1. What are Snob Society candles made of?
Each candle is made from 100% natural soy wax. We use premium, phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn and a luxurious scent experience.
2. Are Snob Society products handmade?
Yes. Every Snob Society candle and fragrance is hand-crafted with care. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural — they’re a mark of the artisanal process that makes each piece unique.
3. How should I care for my candle?
For the best burn, allow your candle to create a full melt pool during the first use — typically 60 to 90 minutes. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn and avoid burning for more than 3 hours at a time. See the care guide for more information.
4. How long do your candles and fragrances last?
Our candles typically burn for 40–50 hours, depending on room size and care. Snob Society perfumes are created with long-wearing, fine fragrance oils, designed to last beautifully throughout the day.
5. What if a product is sold out?
When a product is listed as sold out, it’s usually being restocked soon. Send us an email at info@snobsociety.com to be added to our restock notification list. We’ll contact you as soon as the item becomes available. Restock times may vary — but every item is worth the wait!
